Diagnostics

Axelife pOpmètre
Axelife · France
Vascular age and arterial stiffness in 20 seconds
Sensors on a finger and a toe register the pulse wave; its propagation velocity is a recognised marker of arterial stiffness. The software translates the result into an understandable “vascular age”. The recording takes about 20 seconds, lying down and non-invasively. A class IIa medical device.

VO2max test
Cardiorespiratory endurance on a cycle ergometer
An exercise test on a cycle ergometer: it measures maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max) — the gold standard for assessing endurance and cardiorespiratory reserve. It takes 20–30 minutes; the result becomes the starting point against which the measurements after the course are compared.

KME Anti-Age
CME Swiss AG · Switzerland
Functional screening of the body's systems
Non-invasive sensors read the body's electric field; a mathematical model (ERI-Qlife software) turns the recording into an information snapshot of the person's functional state as one whole system — in real time. In our concept, a dynamic analysis of the body's field structure. The report describes the state of the body's systems, the psycho-emotional background and metabolism. Not a diagnosis — a tool for choosing technologies and following the dynamics; every protocol begins with it.

Posture analysis
Optical scanning of body geometry
Optical scanning of body geometry in 5–10 minutes: the system records postural imbalances and asymmetries. The result is the basis for working on the muscular corset in the “Physics” protocol and a reference point after the course.

StimaWELL 120MTRS
schwa-medico · Germany
EMS activation of the deep back muscles, massage and heat
A back mat with 24 electrodes and 12 channels: mid-frequency electrostimulation (a 2–6 kHz carrier) creates sequential muscle contractions along the spine — activation and training of the deep back muscles, reduced muscle tension. In addition — deep-massage modes and heating to 40 °C. A class IIa medical device.

CellAir One (IHHT)
Cellgym · Germany
Interval hypoxic–hyperoxic training lying down
Through a mask, lying down, intervals of air with reduced (9–17 % O₂) and increased oxygen content alternate. Dosed intervals of hypoxia and hyperoxia train adaptation to oxygen; studies concern rehabilitation and metabolism. A 30–40-minute session under a specialist's supervision. A certified medical device.

Hydrogen inhalation
Olive Electronic Technology · China
Molecular hydrogen breathing as a recovery component
The Olive OLV-4200 generator produces hydrogen by electrolysis of water and delivers a hydrogen–oxygen mixture (2:1) through a nasal cannula — up to 4.2 l/min, 99.99 % hydrogen purity, two outlets so two people can use it at once. It runs alongside other procedures as a recovery component; there are clinical studies on hydrogen inhalation, its status is experimental.

Heliox
Breathing a helium–oxygen mixture before procedures
Breathing a helium–oxygen mixture. Heliox is used in medicine and rehabilitation; in our concept it is the preparatory step with which, together with the KME check, every procedure at the centre begins.

LED photobiomodulation
Red light at 632 nm and other wavelengths
An LED system: red light at 632 nm on the back and other wavelengths for the skin. For the 630–660 nm range there are data on pain and skin condition. Used in the “Physics” protocol as the light component of recovery.
Immersion

Sedona Longevity Lounger
Sedona Wellness · UAE
A PEMF bed for deep whole-body relaxation
A bed with a whole-body pulsed magnetic field, an adjustable backrest and footrest. The field is not felt directly; a session by the manufacturer is 30 minutes. The mode is chosen by the check: 1–5 Hz — deep immersion, 7–8 Hz — harmonisation, 20–500 Hz — toning.

Lucia N°03
Light Attendance · Austria
Hypnagogic light: a shift from beta to theta rhythm
A hypnagogic light lamp: a stroboscope and constant warm light with the eyes closed. Photic driving — partial synchronisation of brain activity with the rhythm of the light and a shift from beta to theta rhythm, a state between waking and sleep. Developed by a neurologist and a psychologist, 124 programs, a 20–50-minute session.

Kozyrev Mirrors
Long Life
A reflective structure with PEMF, a crystal module and the Lucia light
A closed metal reflective structure with a PEMF mat with the Crystal Core module and the Lucia light inside. The geometry removes external stimuli and heightens the sense of sensory immersion. The basis is the concept of space–time resonance; this is about a concept and subjective experience, not a physical effect. A Long Life development.

Pharaohs' Bed
Long Life
400-year-old cedar and 30 kg of silver pins — the closing procedure of the course
The founder's own construction in a single copy: a base of solid 400-year-old cedar and thousands of blunt silver pins — 30 kg of silver as one piece of metal. Tactile stimulation of the whole body surface against the background of the Lucia light and an acoustic emitter; the closing procedure of the course. A Long Life development.

Garyaev modulation
Long Life × Garyaev
Frequency modulation of the magnetic field and the light
Long Life's own add-on: a single frequency pattern that tunes the Sedona magnetic field and the Lucia light program. Added in “Shower for the Soul”, the Kozyrev Mirrors and on the Pharaohs' Bed; the founder's concept and a wellness practice.

Crystal Core
Long Life
A crystal module in the PEMF system of the Kozyrev Mirrors
A crystal module in the modified Sedona PEMF system synchronised with the Kozyrev Mirrors: it works together with a field of a set frequency. A Long Life development within the founder's concept.

Acoustic emitter
Institute of Sound Engineering · Moscow
Sound reaching up to 10 cm deep into the body
An emitter hand-built at the Institute of Sound Engineering in Moscow: the sound wave travels up to 10 cm deep into the body. Used on the Pharaohs' Bed as the sound layer of the procedure.

Long Life water
Long Life
Preparation for the “Shower for the Soul” procedure
The centre's own product: the water drunk before the “Shower for the Soul” procedure. In our concept — preparation for the session and support for recovery processes.
