LONG LIFE

Check-up

The starting point: vessels, endurance, posture and a functional profile — in one visit

The check-up is the first visit and the entry into Long Life. In one visit we measure what usually stays invisible: pulse wave velocity and vascular age (Axelife pOpmètre), the geometry of your posture, the functional profile of the body's systems (KME Anti-Age) and cardiorespiratory endurance (a VO2max test on a cycle ergometer). In the same room — heliox: breathing a helium–oxygen mixture, which is how every procedure at the centre begins.

Most of the measurements are taken at rest, lying down: sensors on a finger and a toe, ten minutes of quiet, then a recording of about twenty seconds. A warm room, a specialist beside you, nothing invasive. The only active step is the VO2max test on the cycle ergometer.

The check-up is not a diagnosis and not a substitute for a medical examination. It is a functional screening and a starting point: from its results the specialist assembles an individual set of technologies and decides which protocol to begin with — activating the body or deep immersion.

The same measurements are repeated after the course — so the effect is visible in numbers, not only in how you feel.

Preparation: for 2–3 hours before the visit — no coffee, strong tea or energy drinks, no cigarettes, intense exercise, sauna or heavy meals; nails without thick polish. This matters for the accuracy of the vascular measurement.

Sequence

How a session goes

  1. Step 1

    Questionnaire and contraindication screening

Implants, pregnancy, epilepsy, heart, skin, claustrophobia — clearance for every technology at the centre.

What you feel: A calm conversation: it is clear why each question is asked.

    Questionnaire and contraindication screening
  2. Step 2

    Baseline measurements

Pulse, SpO₂, blood pressure, heart rate variability, height and weight — the “before and after” reference point. Height is needed to calculate the pulse wave.

What you feel: Familiar measurements, a few minutes.

    Baseline measurements
  3. Step 310 min at rest + ~20 s recording

    Vascular diagnostics with Axelife pOpmètre

Ten minutes lying in a warm room, sensors on a finger and the big toe, two or three twenty-second recordings with pauses.

What you feel: No talking, no moving; two pulse curves on the screen.

    Vascular diagnostics with Axelife pOpmètre
  4. Step 4

    Posture analysis

Optical scanning of body geometry: imbalances are an indication for working on the muscular corset and a reference point for comparison.

What you feel: You stand still; nothing touches the body.

    Posture analysis
  5. Step 5

    KME Anti-Age with a specialist

Functional screening: a report on the body's systems, the psycho-emotional state and metabolism — the basis for choosing the field mode and the set of technologies.

What you feel: You sit; the specialist talks you through the report.

  6. Step 6for the physically active and the longevity track

    VO2max on the cycle ergometer

Stepwise load in a mask with parameters recorded — the only active step of the check-up.

What you feel: A gradually increasing effort — and a clear endurance figure.

    VO2max on the cycle ergometer
  7. Step 7

    Heliox

Breathing a helium–oxygen mixture — the entry into the centre's procedures; repeated before every session.

What you feel: A few minutes of even breathing.

    Heliox
  8. Step 8

    Results and the plan

The specialist explains the numbers, names the starting protocol and the make-up of the course.

What you feel: You leave with a clear next step.

    Results and the plan

Every protocol starts with a KME check and heliox breathing

Course

  • One visit before the first protocol.
  • Before every session — a KME Anti-Age check and heliox breathing.
  • After the course the same measurements are repeated: vascular age, posture and, for the longevity track, VO2max. The effect is in numbers, not only in sensations.

What the protocol is made of

Every protocol starts with a KME check and heliox breathing

Why it works

  • Axelife pOpmètre

Photoplethysmographic sensors register the pulse wave; its propagation velocity is a recognised marker of arterial stiffness. The software translates it into an understandable “vascular age”. A class IIa medical device.

  • VO2max test

Maximal oxygen uptake — the gold standard for assessing endurance and cardiorespiratory reserve.

  • Posture analysis

Optical capture of body geometry shows imbalances — the basis for working on the muscular corset in “Physics” and a reference point after the course.

  • KME Anti-Age

Non-invasive sensors read the body's electric field; a mathematical model turns the recording into an information snapshot of the person's functional state as one whole system — in real time. In our concept, a dynamic analysis of the body's field structure. A report on the systems, the psycho-emotional state and metabolism; not a diagnosis — a tool for selection and for following the dynamics.

  • Heliox

A helium–oxygen mixture is used in medicine and rehabilitation; in our concept it is the preparatory step before every procedure.

Philosophy of the method

We start from the view that a person is a system: the physical body and what the founder calls the field structure — all the subtle bodies, the psyche and consciousness. The check-up looks at both sides: vessels, endurance and posture are about the body; the KME Anti-Age functional profile is about the state of the systems and the psycho-emotional background. That is why procedures are not prescribed from a catalogue: first we measure, then we assemble an individual information profile for correction.

From our observations

What you get

  • Numbers you usually never get to see: vascular age, posture data, an endurance figure
  • A KME Anti-Age report with recommendations on nutrition, micronutrients and activity
  • A psychosomatic analysis — at the level of acquired programs that affect the current state of a person's biology
  • A personal set of technologies and a starting protocol: “Physics” or “Shower for the Soul”
  • A Sedona magnetic-field mode chosen from your functional profile
  • A reference point: after the course the same measurements show the dynamics

Questions and answers

I see my doctor regularly — why this as well?

The check-up does not replace a medical examination. It measures functional indicators that the centre's procedures are chosen by and that can be compared after the course.

Is this a diagnosis?

No. It is a functional screening and a starting point; with medical questions we refer you to a doctor.

Is it long and unpleasant?

Most of it is lying at rest, nothing invasive. The only exertion is the VO2max test on the cycle ergometer.

I am not an athlete — why VO2max?

That block is for the physically active and the longevity track; the other measurements do not depend on it.

What do I get to take away?

A report with numbers and recommendations, a starting protocol and the make-up of the course.

There are contraindications. Consult a specialist.
