Pharaohs' Bed

The fifth, closing session of the course — on a bed of 400-year-old cedar and 30 kg of silver

The Pharaohs' Bed exists in a single copy. Its base is 400-year-old Siberian cedar from Khakassia: the founder of Long Life found the tree himself and made the base of the bed from it. Set into it are thousands of blunt silver pins, cast from a single piece of silver together with the connecting wire — 30 kilograms in all — and joined in a yin/yang pattern. Silver is the best conductor among metals; the design is the founder's own.

Lying on the pins does not hurt: they are blunt, and the small spacing spreads the pressure over the whole surface of the body. It is intense tactile stimulation, against which the Lucia N°03 light works above closed eyes while an acoustic emitter sends a sound wave deep into the body — up to 10 centimetres. Garyaev tuning forks are added when needed. There is nothing to do.

From our observations the procedure is felt especially vividly after a demanding day; participants describe it as a feeling of replenished resource. The name refers to a legend the founder tells: on beds like this the rulers of Ancient Egypt restored their strength.

The Pharaohs' Bed is assigned as the fifth, closing session after four “Shower for the Soul” sessions — it puts a full stop to the course. The entry into the procedure, as into all Long Life protocols, is a KME Anti-Age check and heliox breathing.

Sequence

How a session goes

  1. Step 1

    Meeting

How the day went; a skin check — skin damage rules out the procedure.

What you feel: An unhurried start.

    Meeting
  2. Step 2

    KME Anti-Age check

Functional screening — the entry into all protocols.

What you feel: You sit quietly.

    KME Anti-Age check
  3. Step 3

    Heliox

    Breathing a helium–oxygen mixture.

What you feel: A few minutes of even breathing.

    Heliox
  4. Step 4

    Settling on the Pharaohs' Bed

You lie down gradually: first the back, then the whole body; the specialist helps distribute the weight.

What you feel: Noticeable but not painful pressure; the first minutes are getting used to it.

    Settling on the Pharaohs' Bed
  5. Step 5

    Lucia N°03 on silver

Light above closed eyes; the body lies still on the pins. There is nothing to do.

What you feel: Deep relaxation; for some — very vivid sensations, “sparks in the eyes”, in the founder's words.

  6. Step 6

    Acoustic emitter

A sound wave is directed deep into the body — up to 10 centimetres; it works alongside the light.

What you feel: The sound is felt by the body, not heard.

  7. Step 7when needed

    Garyaev tuning forks

    Added at the specialist's discretion.

What you feel: A tone that is heard even in the silence of the room.

  8. Step 8

    Coming out

The light fades; you get up slowly, rest sitting, water.

What you feel: A feeling of replenished resource — the founder calls it “refuelling”.

Every protocol starts with a KME check and heliox breathing

Course

  1. 1Shower for the Soul
  2. 2Shower for the Soul
  3. 3Shower for the Soul
  4. 4Shower for the Soul
  5. Pharaohs' Bed
  • The fifth, closing session of the course: four “Shower for the Soul” sessions and one on the Pharaohs' Bed.
  • It is the fifth, in the founder's words, that puts a full stop to the course.
  • After the course — a control check-up: vascular age, posture and, for the longevity track, VO2max.

What the protocol is made of

Every protocol starts with a KME check and heliox breathing

Why it works

  • Tactile stimulation of the whole body surface

Thousands of blunt, closely spaced pins spread the pressure evenly: intense contact without pain — along the whole length of the body, and in silver.

  • Silver

The best conductor among metals. The pins and the wire are one piece of metal, 30 kg, joined in a yin/yang pattern: the founder's own design in a single copy.

  • 400-year-old cedar

Solid wood as the base; in the founder's concept — a “donor of bio-energy”.

  • Lucia N°03

Photic driving: a shift from beta to theta rhythm — the tactile load runs against a background of deep relaxation.

  • Acoustic emitter

A sound wave deep into the body, up to 10 cm; hand-built at the Institute of Sound Engineering in Moscow.

  • Garyaev modulation

Long Life's own add-on; added when needed.

Philosophy of the method

In the founder's concept a person is like an electric car: by a certain age many are “de-energised” and do not know how to recharge. The constant “groundedness” of modern life shifts the energy centre from the solar plexus to the head, and the movement of energy along the nadi channels goes wrong. The small spacing of the silver pins “closes” the channels above and below, silver quickly redistributes energy between the upper and lower body, and the cedar, which by this concept becomes a donor of bio-energy after 250–300 years, replenishes it. We present this as the founder's concept and a wellness practice, not as a scientific claim.

From our observations

What you get

  • A feeling of replenished resource — the founder compares it to fast charging
  • Very vivid bodily sensations without pain; especially after a demanding day
  • A feeling of being evened out: the “upper and lower” body in balance, in the founder's phrase
  • Deep relaxation from the Lucia light against a background of tactile stimulation
  • A completed course: the fifth session puts a full stop, and it can be felt

Questions and answers

Lying on pins — does it hurt?

No. The pins are blunt, the spacing is small, the weight is spread over the whole body. Noticeable — yes; painful — no.

Is it hygienic?

The pins are treated between clients; the covers are single-use.

Pharaohs, a blueprint, a legend — is that serious?

The legend is part of the object's story. The construction itself is real: cedar from Khakassia, 30 kg of silver, a single copy. What works is contact, light and sound.

Can I do it straight away, without the course?

By the method — no: it is the fifth session after four “Shower for the Soul” sessions.

What will I feel?

In the founder's words — anything from deep calm to “sparks in the eyes”, especially if the day was tense. Afterwards — rest and water.

There are contraindications. Consult a specialist.
